Here is the recipe for crunch dough Lattice top apple pie.
Bread flour 100g, Allpurpose flour 100g
*Cold Butter 150g :Cut the butter into bigger dices.
*Cold water :100g
Put it all together in the processer
Let it run for a very short time on it. Just stop when it is in a lump.
Take it out and wrapp it with cling wrap and keep in the refrigerate for 30mins.
(Don't touch it with your hands if possible)
Fill with filling
Create a sheet of dough and cut strips with a pizza cutter
Lay each strip overlapping the other
Like so (leave very little space open)
Use the rim of the pie case and press down with your fingers
to cut it off
Mix one egg and one tablespoon of water to cover
the crust and the lattice
Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Done.
