Easy Macaroons

Almond Flour 70g, Powder Sugar 100g, Egg White 75g, Sugar 35g

A: Mix egg white and sugar to make the Meringue.

B: Combine Almond Flour and Power sugar and sift.

C: Mix half of A into B and stir lightly then mix the rest.

(it should be semi-thick and fall slowly)

D:Put it in a Piping Bag and squeze into size of a quarter.

E: Let it dry in room temperature until when you touch it
doesn't stick on your finger.(30min-1hour)

F: Put it in the oven and cook it at 320F for 10-15minutes.
After that let in cool.~~~~~~~~~~~
