Sushi Roll (Bacon)

Today's lunch for my son.
He loves Bacon, so I put it inside the roll with vegetables.

                                         Carrots : Sliced and Saute (add the salt )
Spinach: Parboil in boiling water and drain.
(add the salt) 
Egg

Sweet pepper, Bacon
Bacon needs to be parboiled in boiling water and moved to
 cold water, after that drain then roast.
(It's a good way to take out bacon oil)

                                        
                                          Rice :Make the rice add the salt, sesameoil, seasmeseed
Lay out a sheet nori and spread out the rice.

Put on the bacon first....................

Put the rest of the ingredients.

Try to roll very tightly.
After that, toast quickly on the pan with oil.
(It helps to tighten and make the nori taste better.)

Done.
