Sweet & Sour Sauce for Pork

Sweet & Sour Sauce for Pork (Serve 5)

INGREDIENT
Pork 500g /
A:Soy sauce 11/2T, Find ground pepper (a small amount), Egg white 1T
B:Starch 1C+Water 2C
Sauce:Water 3C, Sugar 18T(210g), Soy sauce 1T, Starch 4T, Salt, Vinegar 6T
Veggie:Onion 200g, Carrot 50g, Cucumber or Pepper, Sliced pineapple 2pieces 
*B needs to be mixed and kept in the refrigerator one day before.
  (After a day you will find seperated wet starch and water, When you use it, very carely
  pour out the water and leave only wet starch)
 

3. Heat the oil in a deep pot.
   Right before deep frying, put the pork in the wet starch and lightly mix with a hand.
4. Deep fry the pork 2 times.
5. Meanwhile make the sauce, add the veggie, and while heating, stir.
 6. After deep frying, pour the sauce and serve hot.
Tip: Add vinegar right before serving
      After the pork is deep-fried once, wait for it to cool before deep frying again.
        -(it will make it more crunchy)
1. Cut the pork into small bite-sized and marinade in A.
2. Cut the veggies into small cubes.
