Spicy Tofu(Ma Po Tofu)


Ingredient: Tofu 600g,
               A: Geen and Red pepper --chopped
               B: Chopped Ginger 1/2t, Chopped Garlic 1T, Ground pork 2T, Chili Bean Sauce 2T, Sugar 1/2t
               C:Water3/4cup+ Cornstrarch1T+Soysauce1/2T
               D:Chopped Scallion 2T, Ground Black Pepper, Sesame oil

1.Rap Tofu in a paper towel, let water soak into paper towel.
2.Cut Tofu into small size squares(3/4in on each side)
3.Spread salt on Tofu.
4.Prepare for "B" and "C".
5.Heat up Frypan,  grill every side of Tofu.
6.Pour "B" in the sauce pan, over medium high heat until it starts to boil.
7.When "B" is bubbling, add  "C" and stir.
8.Mix Tofu and sauce, serve it when it's warm, with romain hearts.
