Fried Chicken at Home

Cut chicken into bite size pieces, wash and drain, then add salt and peppers.
Create dough: Mix flour, egg yolk, and water together.
Mix chicken and dough thoroughly.
After deep-frying, marinade with sweet pepper sauce.
Plain deep-fried.

Home Made Fresh French Fries

Cut potatoes into strips and then submerge all into water.
After an hour or so, drain thoroughly for at least an hour.
Lightly cover in corn starch.
Deep-fry at around 375°F
Once deep-fried, edible, but not to its full potential.
Twice deep-fried, Perfect!
